Established in 1950, The Paper Museum at Tokyo showcases the history, culture, and industry of papermaking, both Japanese traditional paper of Washi and Western-style paper. You can find a collection with 40,000 items and 15,000 books. The museum is one of the world’s few comprehensive museums specializing in paper history.
